3. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features (such as advanced test series and mock tests) require a paid subscription. Prices and plan details are shown at the time of purchase and may change with prior notice.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds, where applicable, are handled per our refund policy — contact support for details on a specific order.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform — this includes attempting to access another user's account, scraping or redistributing question content, sharing paid content publicly, or interfering with the normal operation of the service.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

All questions, solutions, papers and course material on GuideExam are owned by us or licensed to us, and are provided for your personal exam preparation only. They may not be copied, resold or redistributed without written permission.

6. Termination

You may stop using GuideExam and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that breach these terms, without prior notice in cases of serious misuse.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

GuideExam is a preparation aid and does not guarantee any specific exam result. We work to keep content accurate and up to date, but are not liable for decisions made solely based on material available on the platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GuideExam after a change is posted means you accept the revised terms.
